New Build Homes

We build one off homes, replacement dwellings, barn conversions and small developments across East Sussex and the Kent border, designed around how you want to live and built to last.

Henry's background as a project engineer on commercial sites means every build runs with proper programming, procurement and records, and the person who prices your home is the person responsible for delivering it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you build from our architect's drawings?
Yes, most of our new builds are architect designed. We price from the tender package, flag any buildability issues before we start, and work with your architect and structural engineer throughout the build.
Can you help before planning permission is granted?
Yes. We are happy to give feasibility input on cost and buildability while a scheme is still at design stage. Early input usually saves money and redesign later.
How long does a new build take?
Most one off houses take between 9 and 15 months on site depending on size, ground conditions and specification. We give you a programme with the proposal and report progress against it weekly.
What warranty do you offer?
We build under a structural warranty appropriate to the project, such as a 10 year new home warranty from a recognised provider, alongside Building Control sign off. We will advise on the right option for your project and lender.
Who manages health and safety on site?
We do, formally. We act as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015 on every new build, which means we are legally responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the site, with the paperwork and competence to match.

Planning a New Build?

Send us the drawings, or just the idea, and we will tell you honestly what it will take to build.
