What We Collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, contact details, postcode and what you tell us about your project, along with how you found us. We use this to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and, where you become a client, to deliver the work.

Analytics and Advertising

With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta pixel to measure our advertising. No analytics or advertising cookies are set unless you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Who We Share It With

Enquiry details are stored in our project management system and email. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties except the service providers who run those systems, or where the law requires.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within two years. Client records are kept for as long as the law and our warranties require.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@bramallhomes.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
