About Bramall Homes
Bramall Homes is a building company based at Cottenden Farm near Stonegate, East Sussex, working across the county and over the Kent border.
Henry Bramall started the company after a career in commercial building services and the water industry, working from trainee commissioning manager on £100m projects up to project engineer delivering multiple schemes at once, on time and on budget. That background shapes how we build: programmes that are written down and reported against, procurement done early, health and safety run properly, and one person answerable for the job from first visit to handover.
We deliberately keep the business small. A limited number of projects run at once, each with a member of the team directly involved, so quality does not depend on whichever subcontractor happened to turn up.

The People Behind Every Build
Henry Bramall
Managing Director
Qualified electrician and builder with 14 years in construction, from commissioning £100m commercial projects to building complete homes with his own hands. Henry runs every Bramall Homes project personally, from first site visit to handover.
Aaron Noakes
Site Supervisor
Aaron has been with Bramall Homes since 2023 and runs the day-to-day on site, keeping trades coordinated, standards high and the programme moving. He's the face clients see most, and nothing gets signed off without him checking it first.
Vikki Cordeux
Office Manager
Vikki keeps everything behind the scenes running, from bookkeeping and invoicing to keeping our social media alive. If you ring the office or query a payment, it's Vikki who sorts it.
How We Stay Organised
Every project runs through The Yard, our own project management platform: programme, drawings, site diary, variations and payments in one place, visible to the client throughout the build.
