Three-bedroom, new build bungalow in Hailsham with a detached double garage. In this modern, energy-efficient home we fitted solar PV and an air source heat pump.

The Brief

Beechwood is a three-bedroom, new build bungalow on an infill plot in Hailsham. It is a single-storey dwelling fitted with solar PV on the roof and an air source heat pump, to reduce the costs of modern living.

What We Did

The services are what set the house apart at this price point: roof-mounted solar PV paired with an air source heat pump, and a full certified electrical installation. Finishes were chosen to last: a kitchen with quartz worktops and upstands, panelled bathroom and en suite, and aluminium bifold doors from both the living room and kitchen into the garden.

Outside we built a detached double garage with a sectional door, laid the tarmac driveway and paths, connected new drainage, fenced the boundaries and turfed the garden.
