Who We Are
One Team, From First Drawing to Handover
Bramall Homes is a small building company near Wadhurst. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, and the person who walks your site and prices the work is the same person on it every week until handover.
Led by Henry Bramall, a project engineer by background who moved from large commercial sites to residential building, with Aaron running the sites and Vikki running the office.

The People Behind Every Build
Henry Bramall
Managing Director
Qualified electrician and builder with 14 years in construction, from commissioning £100m commercial projects to building complete homes with his own hands. Henry runs every Bramall Homes project personally, from first site visit to handover.
Aaron Noakes
Site Supervisor
Aaron has been with Bramall Homes since 2023 and runs the day-to-day on site, keeping trades coordinated, standards high and the programme moving. He's the face clients see most, and nothing gets signed off without him checking it first.
Vikki Cordeux
Office Manager
Vikki keeps everything behind the scenes running, from bookkeeping and invoicing to keeping our social media alive. If you ring the office or query a payment, it's Vikki who sorts it.
