Residential projects from £100k to £5m in construction value across East Sussex and the Kent border: one off new builds, replacement dwellings, barn conversions, substantial extensions and whole house refurbishments. We work regularly in the High Weald AONB and in conservation areas, and we are comfortable with listed building constraints.

We take the Principal Contractor role formally under CDM 2015: construction phase plan, site inductions, welfare, records and the F10 where required. Henry's background as a project engineer on commercial sites means the management systems are real, not a folder bought off the shelf.

We maintain dutyholder competence awareness under the Building Safety Act and can evidence organisational capability for the projects we bid.

We are happy to be brought in at Stage 3 or 4 for buildability reviews, cost planning and programme advice. Early contractor involvement usually pays for itself in avoided redesign, and we will price that input openly rather than burying it in the tender.

We respond with a fully itemised price against your schedule of works or NRM elements, a construction programme, our proposed site team and named subcontractors for the key packages. Typical turnaround is two to three weeks depending on package size; we will tell you at receipt if we cannot meet your date, rather than going quiet.
